BETA CALENDAR PRESS

Privacy notice

Beta Calendar Press turns dated tasks in Notion databases that you select into printable monthly calendars. It is operated by Beta Calendars. Questions or deletion requests: info@betacalendars.com.

What the connection reads

When you connect Notion, Notion shows you the pages and databases you can share. Beta Calendar Press can read only the content permitted by that selection. It requests read-content access only. To draw your calendar it processes the selected database’s title, date, and (when available) status properties. It does not request permission to edit, create, or delete Notion content and does not retrieve page body text, comments, files, or workspace permissions.

What we store

We store the Notion OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to keep your connection working, plus the Notion workspace ID and name. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored in Cloudflare D1. A random, HTTP-only, secure browser session cookie keeps you signed in to your connection. We do not store task titles, dates, or status values; those values are processed to render your selected month and returned to your browser.

How we use data

We use the stored tokens only to retrieve the calendar properties you requested from Notion and display them to you. We do not sell Notion data or use it for advertising. We do not add analytics or ad trackers to Beta Calendar Press. Cloudflare provides the hosting, Worker runtime, and D1 database used to operate the service; its infrastructure processes information as required to provide those services.

Retention and deletion

Connection tokens and workspace metadata remain stored while your connection is active. Select Disconnect in Beta Calendar Press to delete the active connection record and clear its session cookie. Removing the connection in Notion’s workspace settings revokes access in Notion; use Disconnect here or email us to request deletion of the service’s stored connection record. Task titles, dates, and status values are not retained after a calendar response is sent.

CSV preview

If you choose the CSV import instead of connecting Notion, the file is read in your browser. Beta Calendar Press does not upload or save that file.

Security

We use encrypted storage for OAuth tokens, secure HTTP-only session cookies, HTTPS, and read-only access. No service can promise perfect security; please disconnect the service from Notion if you no longer use it.

Changes

We will update this notice if the service’s data practices change. The current effective date appears at the top of the page.
